Product: HP 17.3 inch Laptop PC 17-cp0000 (2Q7W8AV)
When I turn on the Computer it says it is trying to self repair itself and the thinking icon spins without end.
I ran a Hard drive test:
Short DST check : Failed
Failure ID PK63XV-APSBT3-MFGH5G-60QN03.
Product ID 33Y42UA#ABA
Hard Drive/SSD 1 Primary HDD Bay Model : Toshiba [edit]
Do I have to replace the hard drive? How do I do that?
