Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Hello,
I don't know when it started (I mean which update), but when I try to set speaker volume to any non-zero value, it always sounds the same.
- There is no difference between 1 and 100.
- Setting to 0 or MUTE works.
- I accidentally deleted the old version of the drivers during the cleanup, so I can't Roll Back Driver.
- I tried updating the driver via Device Manager (Displays that I have the latest update), Windows Update (Not Available), HP Support Assistant (No updates found), and Manually (No change in audio output).
- I have tried deleting the driver and letting Microsoft Windows automatically reinstall it, but still no change.
- When manually installing a driver that came with Microsoft Windows (High Definition Audio Device), the audio output works correctly, but the F6 LED Light (Used to check if audio is muted or not) doesn't turn on anymore.
Additional details about my system:
- OS Version: Microsoft Windows 11 23H2
- OS Build: 22631.2861
- Processor Brand Inside: AMD (Advanced Micro Devices)
