HP Recommended

I have a 32" all-in-one Pavilion desktop and have spent multiple hours with HP tech support to install a second monitor.  The 3 HDMI ports seem to be for input only?  We have also tried the C Port and USB ports with no success.  

I am entitled to a refund if I want.  I know the Dells and the Macs support a second monitor.  Is there any resolution?
