Product: Victus by HP 15L Gaming Desktop PC TG02-0000i (491A8AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
It started when I tried to upgrade my pc’s 1560 to a 3060 and it started to beep like it is now. Upon further research I found that my PSU was not powerful enough for the recommended power levels of the 3060. I then reseated my old GPU when it still started beeping upon boot. I have reseated multiple times, cleaned the GPU sockets, reseated the RAM, unplugged the power cable, replugged the power cable, used different power outlets, and power cycled it. Just about nothing I do seems to work so please help.
