Product: OMEN by HP 40L Gaming Desktop PC GT21-0000a (3G5Z0AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
For some reason, BitLocker activated on my PC and locked me out. I didnt write down my BitLocker key didn't even know it was a thing) and it's not connected to any of my Microsoft accounts (trust me I've checked).
At this point I am so resigned and willing to completely factory reset my PC. When I try to, however, it just tells me "There was a problem resetting your PC. No changes were made". So I can't even reset if I want to. Can anyone please help me reset my computer? This is seriously hampering my ability to work from home.
