Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I've been trying to setup Wake on LAN on my HP Omen 30L. I setup everything correctly including port forwarding and when my computer is on hibernate, the ethernet port light is turned on. I've also enabled Wake on LAN from a magic packet in S4/S5 state in the BIOS settings. Unfortunately, Wake on LAN still isn't working. 

 

Is there any setting in the BIOS or otherwise that I could be missing?
