Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I can't change my pin number to log on to laptop after a security reboot it did by itself. I no longer have access to the Hotmail account connected to the laptop it got compromised no option to change password for this either. Is there a way or rebooting the whole laptop so the Hotmail is off it atall? I need my laptop can't get past the log on screen 😞
