HP Recommended

I have an HP ZBook Firefly 15 G7 running windows 11 and I can't seem to get any video output using the USB C ports. I've tried updating graphics drivers, tried one recommendation of holding down mute/power simultaneously will powered off, nothing working. Any ideas? The port works fine for data transfer and charging. I currently have it connected to a HP E34M G4 USB-C Conferencing Monitor and all the other components connected to that monitor (keyboard/mouse/network) work fine. Just no video.
