Product: HP Spectre x360 - 15t-df100 CTO

right now the internet icon on the lower task bar is on.  It will all of a sudden go to the globe icon stating there is no internet available. The internet in the house and school are actively working but my laptop does not pick it up. I have hard-wired it to the internet and it does the same thing. works then doesn't work.
