Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hello,

 

I'm having HP x796W pen drive. after 1 month it stopped working. now I wanted to get support for that it is asking me about serial number, when I'm entering serial number given on Pen drive it says invalid serial number.

Note: Pen drive is not detecting in PC, so I can not use PC for that.
