The 2nd fan of the HP omen 15 is stuck at low RPM from 140 to 220, sometimes goes a little bit higher but no with much then 240
the 1 st fan works properly.
The temperature in iddle are ok, 25 -45 for CPU and gpu
In heavy load the temperatures are in the 75-88 degrees usually but they sometimes reach 91 and that is not something normal.
I've everything fully updated - BIOS, drivers, Windows, thermal paste changed, dust cleaned inside.
I've tried to make the 2nd fan work faster, with apps like speed fan, and several other.
My question is, is this the way this laptop is designed with 1 fan full power and 2nd with slow for the airflow or it's a issue hardware,
Omen gaming hub, let's me select, performance default eco comfort, but the speed doesn't change.
If it's a hardware issue, please provide the specs for the fan with low rpm, since I saw on your community page, reddit and forums that this is a known issue and it's considered a manufacturer defect, but the sources are not official.
