I have some soundcore Life Q20 headphones which were paired really well with my laptop. then today they stopped pairing with it. I tried to re-pair them but to no avail, so eventually went through the 'removal' process, deleting the two drivers in device manager. I then tried it again, but now the laptop does not even notice the headphones. How can I pair them again? do I need to download a driver? I have tried to reset the headphones, but that didn't work, as per info found on google.. Wondering if there is anyone who has answers?
It works fine with my iphone, but not the laptop.
