HP Recommended
Hi, one of my computers is blank with a blue sign saying "boot device not found please install an operating system on your hard disk. hard disk 3f0 f2 system diagnostic" -- how do i fix this
 
I have an HP Slim Desktop 290-p0046 
I have tried turning it off and on again 5 times and nothings worked
The only other screen it lets me transfer to i Sytem Diagnostics with F2
