Product: HP LaserJet Pro M1536dnf Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

The printer worked fine a couple of days ago then the paper pick up in the main paper tray started jamming. I tried to turn the unit off by taking the power cord out of the wall receptacle. Let it stand for about five minutes and then turned it back on. Same issue. Tried loading differs paper styles to see if that was the issue but got the same result, paper jamming. Looked on line and saw that there is a pickup solenoid in the unit. Could this be the problem? Also the paper feeder assembly also stopped working. Not sure what caused that to happen. Any help would be greatly appreciated as this printer has been my workhorse for quite a while and I really hate to have to replace it. Thanks.
