Hello,

I recently had my security copromised by a major vendor. They illegally read my private business email, delivered my email to a 3rd party, and the 3rd party accessed a link in my email.

 

As I reinstalled my operating system and began hardening of my OMEN 15-en0013dx, I noticed absolute's lojack software making changes to my PC to re-position itself to send data about my system back to their datacenter.

 

I need absolute's lojack software COMPELTELY REMOVED from my system, permanantly. I cannot risk another security compromise by uninvited 3rd parties.

 

Please advise on steps to completely the permanent removal of my system. I have lost 1.5 weeks of productivity dealing with this. 

 

Please help me complete the process. I am aware that such a process exists, but I need to have this appropriately completed and documented.
