HP ProBook 455 15.6 inch G10 Notebook PC (719F6AV)

I have a message from HP Support Assistant that the battery needs calibrating.  Running the calibration check does not resolve the issue.

Trying HP PC Hardware Diagnostics >> Component Tests >> Power >> Battery Check

The check always returns a Cancelled result

The log message reads "Cannot retrieve Primary battery information"

I'm not sure where to go from here
