Product: Victus by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-r0000 (76T03AV)
Hello everyone,
I currently have a Victus by HP 16.1 inch - 16-r0000 (76T03AV) gamer laptop.
I've just noticed a rather strange behaviour, the USB C port allows me to charge my PC, but only when it's switched off when I switch it on, the charging via this port automatically cuts out and nothing charges.
I've tried holding down the power button for 20-30 seconds, but to no avail.
I'd say it's more likely to be a driver problem, but all the HP software and driver updates tell me that everything's fine.
Do you have any idea how to solve this problem?
Thanks in advance for your help.
Quentin.
