Hello, I have had problems connecting to Wi-Fi, the button for it, with Bluetooth, is not present, so, checking device manager, I find that my network adapter is missing. All it shows is the "WAN miniport", about eight of them. Using HP's network check, I find that "Windows cannot find a driver for your network adapter" and that it may be improperly installed. Attempting to resolve this issue, I head to HP's website to install the relevant drivers for my specific model, after installing them, I reset my laptop, however the issue still persists, and it shows that the network adapter is still missing. Please help.
