Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After an update my sound don't works anymore. I

on my device management i have a notification :problem with idt high definition audio codec hp windows 10

 

 

I tried everything but no success. I reinstalled the codec but also no success. Notification is contact HP

But HP says for my PC: denied (to old?)

 

What can I do

Is there a solution for my problem?
