HP Spectre x360 13.5 inch 2-in-1-Product number: 89G54EA#ABT

HID compliant touch screen device manager is not showing up in the list.
I dont even see TOUCH SCREEN test in HP hardware Diagnostic UEFI 

in addition also the touch pad mouse buttons left and right not working
