It seemed the HP Windows 11 was found installed incomplete after upgrading. Windows startup menu was not working. They included "Enable Safe Mode, Enable Safe Mode with Networking, Enable Safe Mode with Command Prompt". Besides F10 factory reset was also not working.
Please help answer the following
1. My model is HP Laptop 15s-du3027TX. Where can I download Windows 11.iso file for HP laptop for Windows repair?
2. I tried to download HP Cloud Recovery Tool in the Microsoft Store. But it kept on showing "The program requires administrative privileges to Run. Please right click on HP Cloud Recovery Tool and choose "run as administrator." I am an administrator and set to run as administrator. Nothing was downloaded. What is the problem?
3. I downloaded the HP Cloud Recovery Tool Installer in HP web site. When executed, it pointed again to the Microsoft Store. When I press GET button, I received the same error "The program requires administrative privileges to Run. Please right click on HP Cloud Recovery Tool and choose "run as administrator." The GET button became OPEN button, but not working. Again I am an administrator and set to run as administrator. What is the problem?
3. As checked the HP Cloud Recovery installer is an installer, it will not have any Windows Startup menu. How could I get an version with Startup menu with repair option?
