HP Recommended

The mobo is an HP 8767 version A(SMVB). The current processor is is an Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-10400F CPU @ 2.9GHz, 2904 Mhz, 6 Core(s), 12 Logical Processor(s) . I want to know if I can upgrade this at all significantly. I am pretty new to customizing PCs so any help is appreciated. Thank you!
