I have had my Chromebase for about a year and love it. However, it suddenly won't boot past a black screen that simply says "Something went wrong" I can't use the touchscreen, or bluetooth keyboard/mouse. It only gives me the option to click "advanced options" which brings me to a firmware log or debug info. Otherwise there is no option to powerwash, reset, or anything else. I purchased a USB keyboard with a reset key just to try that but nothing helps. Powering down using the ESC key, reset key, or any combination of key commands on restart does nothing.
Is there a reset hole that I can stick a paperclip into? What are my options? Thank you!
