Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have the following issues :-
1. When I am using the laptop and move it then screen gets freezed and doesn't responds until I do force shutdown by pressing the power button,
2. When the laptop is in sleep mode and I move it like place it in bag or take it somewhere else and then when I open it, its screen gets black and doesn't responds until I do force shutdown by pressing the power button,
3. When I use Youtube or other video streaming services or play video files then the in intervals the screen shakes by pausing for 3 seconds,
I want to say that I reported these issues 2-3 times and the support team and engineer done all possible things to solve that, but the problem still exists, So is it possible that I can have my laptop replaced or get a refund, my laptop is still in  warranty period and its been 11 months of purchase, please answer anyone?
