Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have hp 14s fq1089au currently in warranty, recently I'm facing an issue that when i charge my laptop the battery percentage increases normally but after plug out the charger battery percentage stuck at that level until all the battery goes drain and then suddenly it shut down.
