HP Recommended

Help!!! Bios update initializing loop taking hours and it’s still looping!! Tech support keeps saying for me to just wait, but I’m so panicky and I freaking out that all my grad school stuff will be lost. I’m calling them back in two hours but I need someone to calm me down! 😰
