My hp laptop that I bought from the college book store is stuck on a screen that reads "preparing automatic repair." It was working for a while but now it is not. I do not know how to fix this issue. I was going to return it back to the bookstore, but they told me this is a manufacturing issue and that I need to contact customer support. I am not even sure what kind of computer or the specs are. One sticker reads "11th gen intel core i5 processor and solid state drive." it also reads "Thin and light, 6.5 mm micro-edge bezel design." A second sticker reads " intel iRISx graphics." your knowledge and time is very much appreciated on this matter.
