Product: HP ENVY x360 15.6 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 15m-es0000 (268U4AV)

My kids computer stopped working. Was stuck in a loop on automatic recovery, I watched some YouTube videos and there seems to be no errors with the hardware so I created a windows 11 usb boot disk, but when choosing a drive to install it too, there's no valid drives to be seen.

 

How do I proceed from here? I tried the disk part solutions to no avail. They give me errors such as partition size to big when trying to format. In the F2 diagnostics the disks can be seen and I receive no errors on any of the scans
