Product: HP Pavilion Gaming 15-dk10000 Laptop PC (8VD49AV)

My laptop power light turns on then goes off after a few seconds. Yesterday i tried the f10 after pushing the power button and it loaded the bios menu but i didnt know what to do after that.  I exited and it brought it to windows. Thinking whatever was fixed i cut it off and plugged in the charger. Go to power on today, dame issue with no turning on and power light coming on and going off. Tried the f10 agaib, nothing. I tried hard reset and boot to bios using windows +b and power button but no luck either. What do I do?
