HP Recommended

I have Hp Victus 16 and i sent it to cleaning and when i got it back it doesn't turn on. Battery led is white and always on so i don't think battery is the issue. When i click the power button , power led blinks once and nothing happens , other leds (caps lock , num lock etc.) doesn't blink.I already tried holding the power button for 10-20-30 seconds and still nothing. Is there a chance its a motherboard failure , should i be worried?
