Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hello. I have an HP victus 15, but the brightness slider is not working. The brightness slider is present in settings, but it is not decreasing the display brightness. The display is stuck at high brightness. Even the controls of F2 and F3 are only giving animation, but in reality, the brightness is not decreasing, please help me.
