Greetings to the HP Community! HP Support!

 

I bought an HP laptop 15-fc0051AU on June 6, 2024 that includes a GCash voucher worth of Php 2,500. The retail store told me that I need to process and upload the requirements before 29th of june. However, as I was filling-up, I cannot proceed to the next step because of the error in the date. It says "the purchase date is out of range." The date only shows up to the month of april.

 

I am asking for a technical support to claim my Gcash voucher before the deadline. Thanks
