Lately when I turn on my laptop it has a hard disk error code 301. it's saying imminent failure. I've ran multiple tests to try to figure it out but can't figure out what the actual problem is. when i run the test it just gives me a 24 digit could and says to contact hp support. I googled hp warranty and it says my hard drive system has a 3-year warranty. but when I use the hp support app it just says expired without any details of different parts. it's been 1.5 years since I purchased it. any help would be greatly appreciated
