I tried to restart my Elitebook a couple weeks ago because it was running slowly. It didn’t want to shut down after over ten minutes, so I forced it to shut down by holding the power button. Now I can’t get past the initial boot up screen that says “hp Protected by HP wolf security” and it has a spinning circle below. I’ve gone into the start up menu and checked the health of everything I can check and it all passed. I updated the system and supported device hardware from the start up menu as well. Really hoping to not have to completely reset it. From what I can tell, it is NOT a security issue, but I do not know what the exact issue is. Any help
