Product: HP OfficeJet 3830 All-in-One Printer

My Officejet 3830 all in one printer is not feeding paper. It was working fine till sometime back but stopped feeding paper all of a sudden. Paper goes in about an inch or 2 and then stops and the roller keeps rolling. I watched the HP support video and followed the steps to clean the roller and other steps, but no luck. Looking for any other service/repair options. Please suggest
