Product: HP All-in-One PC 24-dd0000a (7WY98AV)

Hi, recently my dad replaced the screen on my desktop, and afterwards it wouldn’t boot up all the way and when i would plug the power cable into it the power led would instantly start flashing a white light 7 times. I know white lights indicate a minor issue, but i couldn’t find anything that 7 flashes could mean.  Also my dad didn’t put a backlight cable into the new screen, so i assumed thats part of the issue but just to kill 2 birds with one stone, what does the 7 white flashes mean?
