Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have 

HP Envy Laptop 17-da0013dx (9S1R7UA)

Webcam not working 

 

I saw some prior posts to turn on a kill switch on right or left side of box, or to hit a button in F13 position. Neither ecist on my laptop.

 

PLease advise!
