Product: HP EliteBook 840 G5 Base Model Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Mi hp elitebook 840 g5 no encienda cuando lo aranco, me sale pantalla negra y se me que encendidas lo tecla de bloq. Mayúsculas encendida (NO HACE PITIDOS NI PARPADEA LA LUZ DE BOLQ. MAYUS.) solo se queda infinitamente encendida.

He intentado de todo pero no se exactamente que problema tiene. Si alguien lo sabe le agradeceria mucho que me pudiera ayudar.

Hace poco que lo he comprado y lo necesito en mis necesidades de dia a dia.
