Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
I have a message that says "there is a problem with the ink or printer" I have gone into the diagnostics menu and ran diagnostics on all. OOP says there is a problem and gives error code 53.1.10. I have removed the multi-feed tray and checked the ribbon cable, its good. Not sure where to go now. HP says I need to update firmware, but I can't get to the home menu to do that due to the persistent Message saying there is a problem.
