Product: HP ENVY 16 inch Laptop PC 16-h1000 (754F5AV)

When using HP Command Center on a HP Envy 16 laptop, the pre-selected value of "balanced" is stuck and the app is not letting me select anything else (Can't select Smart Sense, Performance, Cool, etc).

So far I've tried factory resetting the laptop (using W11 Media Creation Tool to reformat laptop), uninstalling and reinstalling HP Command Center, AND I made sure to download and install the SDK for Command Center from HP Support page. No matter what I try, the HP Command Center app is stuck on Balanced, and I cannot manually select any other profiles like Performance or Smart Sense.

 

My laptop is fully up to date through Windows Update AND HP Support Assist. No additional updates are shown.

 

I'm on W11 22H2

BIOS version F.21-08/07/24

HP Command Center App Version 1.11.60.0
