HP 17 Laptop PC 17-cp2000 (6Z603AV)

Hi guys

 

I just bought this HP laptop and I am going through the motions of setting it up. I signed into the HP Assistant tool and was checking the warranty and it shows "pending".

I tried to check it online on the web page but, there the page does not load! Neither on the German website nor on the US one. I even added my laptop to my profile in HP Asisstant (trying to do this online was also met with a page that does not load).

 

In short - I would like to check my warranty status and I would like to be able to check it at any time.  How do we fix this? 

 

Please assist!
