Product: HP REVERB G2
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Bought a brand New HP Reverb G2 and now is no longer working after update. This is crazy I was expecting this to work like it says on manual. now that I look in forum people say they warned us, but regardless, we already bough this product and HP must give continuing support to make their device work on current PC software.
Can anyone from HP give us an answer to this.... will HP let their costumers experience such a disastrous issue with their device we purchased with our hard work? Don't tell us to not update windows because this is not a fix, there was not warning on the box, manual or anywhere saying this. Very frustrated.
