I recently performed a factory reset on my HP Victus Gaming Laptop (model: 16-r0002nia) by reinstalling Windows 11 using a bootable pendrive from the official Microsoft website. While this resolved my initial issue, my HDMI port has stopped working since the reset.
I've been using this laptop for a few months, and the HDMI port was working perfectly before the reset. Here’s what I’ve already checked: HDMI The cable is fully functional, The monitor works correctly with other devices, The port was working perfectly before the new installation , All drivers are up to date. and other basic things. I use the HDMI port to connect a second monitor, which is no longer being detected.
