Hello to Hp comunnity, I have a notebook (Hp ProBook 440 G3) that recently had a problem in its system making a failure with four short beeps and four long beeps. So I installed the Bios system update program for the Hp ProBook 440 G3 version, the file name is (HP Notebook System BIOS Update N78 - sp152607) when I install for the regular process of this type of executable, it does not let me select the version of the system bios to install on a recovery usb. And I had try to see if I have made some wrong steps, but when I try with another version of this notebook family, there is no problem. i.e. the system bios update version for Hp ProBook 440 G3 has a bug. how can I report this to hp IT team?
