I am very disappointed with HP support.
My HP Chromebook, which I only use a few times a month and always keep well-charged, has suddenly stopped working. I will need it soon for my vacation in a few months. I bought the best model last year, expecting it to last for several years.
I always kept it in a case when not in use and have never dropped it.
HP Chromebook x360 14a-ca0955nd (6H7Z2EA)
Product: 6H7Z2EA
The laptop does charge but won’t turn on. The battery is fully charged, but there is no screen, no LED light, nothing. Holding down the refresh button along with the power button does not work either. 😞
It’s especially frustrating because it’s been 13 months ago (ordered at 28 September 2023) since I purchased this device, which was quite an expensive investment. The warranty has expired for 1 month and it is not working anymore 😞
Request: I would greatly appreciate a extension of the warranty, so this issue can be covered with a complimentary repair. I kindly request this as a goodwill gesture, given that the warranty only recently expired.
