I am setting up a new laptop for my sister.
She bought a Laptop 15-fc0069ns / AR2G5EA, with a Ryzen 5 7520U.
The laptop came with FreeDOS, and I want to install Windows 11 on it.
The issue is that as soon as I start the installation, it needs to connect to Wi-Fi, but no Wi-Fi networks appear on the screen. Only the large Wi-Fi logo and a button to install network drivers are shown (i haven´t got any drivers).
I went to the HP support page, but for this particular laptop, when I try to access the drivers page, the website gives an error (it says the page could not be found).
I tried to contact support, but it asks for a serial number and a product number. I enter the SN, but it does not recognize the product number AR2G5EA.
So, I can't download drivers, nor can I request drivers.
Any ideas on how to get the Wi-Fi driver for this laptop?
Thx
