Product: Victus by HP 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop 15-fa1000 (771S8AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I tried to run the  "HPSupportSolutionsFramework-13.0.1.131" and i get error code "-3". I can't run the app anyway. What should i do? I didnt find the solution of this error code.
