Product: OMEN Transcend 31.5 inch UHD 240Hz OLED Gaming Monitor - OMEN Transcend 32

I was trying to update the firmware for my monitor but for some reason it fails to communicate with the device once the lightning package is getting ready to install, I have tried with different versions on firmware but all of them give the same failure. Any reason why this happens?
