Hi, My HP elitedesk 800 G2 Sff won't power on no matter how much I hold the power button.

It basically happened when yesterday I was looking around the pc while it was running and I accidentally touched the pins (showed in the picture) and I heard a spark sound and it turned off. I still see a green light on the motherboard and when I hold the power button, it power button turns white but when I let go it turns off. I tried changing SSD, gpu, cpu and reseated the cables and still the same thing and it won't boot or anything. So I was wondering does anyone have a solution for my ignorance and stupidity choice thank you
