Product: HP 17.3 inch Laptop PC 17-c0000 (2W0J7AV)

I’ve had my laptop for a bout 2 years now I was using it last night before I fell asleep I was watching a movie on it when I got up today it was dead so I plugged it in and nothing happened no light letting me know it’s charging nothing no power at all plugged in or not. Hp support was not able to help so I’m hoping someone on here can . I’m a single mom of 3 and have been out of work on medical leave for over a year and a half now getting workmen’s comp but that’s just hardly enough to get us by I can’t afford to get a new laptop right now, there’s a lot of important stuff on there that I really really need. I really hope someone on here can help me get it back up and running.
